About Coach Patricia

Hey! My name is Patricia, my programs integrate functional fitness training, holistic nutrition, and mindset coaching with a spiritual approach.


I create a safe environment for strong women to explore all things wellness  & spirituality.


I empower women through holistic health and daily spiritual nuggets to build confidence and a foundational state of well-being through fitness.


I am NASM Certified Personal Trainer
dedicated to educating and supporting the newbies and backing up the health-conscious babes.

I value the wise lifestyle choices that benefit the body for longterm health.

I understand the common problems most women face with their fitness and have proven methods to solve them to achieve results.

Meditation & Physical Exercise

Studies prove that over time meditation may lead to increases in gray matter density in the hippocampus and other frontal regions of the brain as well as increases in anterior insula and cortical thickness. It can induce a sense of calm, and can be used to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something peaceful.
